What is therapy and how does it work?
Therapy is a safe and confidential space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences with the support of a trained professional. At Mysa, therapy is a conversation—but also a journey. We walk with you through your challenges, helping you understand yourself better, gain clarity, and build healthier coping tools.
How do I know if I need therapy?
If you’re feeling emotionally overwhelmed, stuck in patterns, constantly stressed, or simply need someone to talk to, therapy might help. You don’t need to wait for things to get worse. If something is bothering you, that’s reason enough to reach out.
What happens in a therapy session?
Sessions are typically 45–60 minutes long and are all about you. You’ll talk, reflect, and process whatever’s on your mind at your own pace. There’s no pressure to open up all at once. We listen, support, and guide—with empathy and without judgment
What’s the difference between a psychologist, psychiatrist, and therapist?
A psychologist or therapist helps you through talk therapy. A psychiatrist is a medical doctor who can prescribe medication. At Mysa, we focus on non-medical, holistic mental health support—through therapy, hypnotherapy, and art therapy.
Do I need a diagnosis to start therapy?
Not at all. You don’t need a diagnosis to feel pain. Whether you’re navigating a life change, dealing with stress, or just need a safe space to express yourself—therapy is for you.

What therapies do you offer at Mysa?
We offer a range of therapies including talk therapy, clinical hypnotherapy, art therapy, inner child healing, mindfulness-based practices, and more. Our approach is integrative and personalised to your unique needs.
Do you offer therapy for children, teens, and families?
Yes,we offer therapy for all age groups—children, adolescents, adults, and families. We use child-friendly methods like art and play therapy, and work closely with parents for emotional development and support.
What is art therapy, and who is it for?
Art therapy is a gentle, creative way to explore emotions using art as a medium—no artistic skills needed! It’s helpful for both children and adults, especially when words are hard to find.
What is clinical hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy uses guided relaxation to access deeper parts of your subconscious. It can be effective for anxiety, fears, traumas, habit change, and even inner child healing. It’s completely safe and done with full awareness.
Do you work on holistic wellness too?

How do I book a session?
You can book directly through our website, or simply call/WhatsApp us. We’ll guide you with warmth and clarity on what to expect next.
What is the duration of a session?
Most sessions last between 45 minutes to an hour, depending on the therapy type and the individual’s pace.
Do you offer online sessions?
Yes. We offer both in-person sessions at our Gurgaon clinic and online sessions for your comfort and convenience
How often should I attend therapy?
That depends on your needs. Some clients visit weekly, some fortnightly. We’ll discuss and decide together based on what feels right for you.
Can I cancel or reschedule a session?
Yes, we understand life happens. Just inform us at least 24 hours in advance so that we can manage appointments smoothly.

Will everything I share remain confidential?
Absolutely. Your trust is sacred to us. Everything you share in therapy is kept completely confidential, with only rare exceptions related to safety concerns (which we’ll explain clearly).
I’m nervous. What if I don’t know what to say in therapy?
That’s completely okay. Many people feel this way in the beginning. You don’t have to come with a plan—just come as you are. We’ll gently guide the process.
What if I’m not comfortable with the therapist assigned to me?
We want you to feel emotionally safe and supported. If you feel the fit isn’t right, we’ll do our best to help you find another therapist within our team or refer you to someone who suits your needs better.
Will I be judged for what I share?
Never. Mysa is a judgment-free zone. We’re here to listen, understand, and walk beside you—not label or lecture you.

Our session charges vary depending on the type of therapy and duration. We aim to keep our services accessible and transparent. You can contact us directly for detailed info.
Do you offer any sliding scale or packages?
We do offer therapy packages and flexible payment options in certain cases. Let’s talk and see what works best for you.
What modes of payment do you accept?
We accept UPI, bank transfer, and cash. Online payment links are also available for virtual sessions.
